Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days
- If you have an urgent request please contact us before placing order
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
- Personalised items may take longer, information can be found on the product itself as some items take 2 to 3 days to produce and be ready to ship.

Please note shipping times are calculated on top of processing time.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Free shipping on orders over £30

- Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
Geographic Coverage
- We ship within the UK and internationally on request. For international deliveries please email sales@artisangiftlibrary.co.uk for information as import duties or tariffs may apply.
- Some remote areas may have extended delivery times
